These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kiao. By using Kiao, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kiao. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and activity. Do not share your account, impersonate others, create fake profiles, or use another person's photos without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, spam, scam, or harm other users. You must not upload illegal, nude, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise unsafe content. Kiao may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our safety rules.

4. Video Calls and Chat

Kiao is designed around live video calls before chat. You are responsible for your behavior during calls and messages. We do not guarantee that every call will connect, that every user will respond, or that every interaction will lead to a match.

5. Subscriptions

Kiao may offer paid subscriptions such as Kiao+ or Kiao Pro through Apple in-app purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings. Apple handles payment processing, refunds, and cancellation management according to Apple's rules.

6. Safety

Use caution when interacting with people online. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information. Report suspicious or unsafe behavior in the app.

7. Content

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Kiao a license to host, display, process, moderate, and use that content to operate and improve the app.

8. Account Removal

We may suspend or remove accounts for violating these Terms, creating risk to users, or abusing the service. You may delete your account in the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

Kiao is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every network, or any specific relationship outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kiao is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

สมาชิกแบบชำระเงิน

การสมัครสมาชิกชำระผ่าน Apple In-App Purchase และต่ออายุอัตโนมัติจนกว่าจะยกเลิกในบัญชี Apple ของคุณ
